Established Limits

New rules for duty-free import of goods for individuals came into force in Uzbekistan on May 1, 2025.

International courier shipments up to $200 per month (previously - $1000 per quarter). Exceeding these limits requires payment of appropriate customs duties.

A new customs fee was introduced on May 1, 2025 for international courier shipments used to deliver goods from foreign marketplaces:

Fee amount: 2% of the basic calculation value (BCV) for each kilogram of the shipment weight.
BCV: 7500 soums.

International shipments: up to €200 and weighing up to 31 kg.
If the limit is exceeded: a duty of 15% of the excess amount is charged, but not less than €2 per kilogram.
